FANEXA / Privacy
Privacy policy.
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. Short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
FANEXA collects information only when you choose to send it. That means the details you enter into our project enquiry form — your name, email address, optional phone number and company, the services you are interested in, your budget range, and your description of the project — along with anything you include in an email to us.
We do not collect this information passively. There is no account system on this website, and nothing is required of you to read it.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to have a useful first conversation about your business. That is the only purpose.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Some browser storage may be used for basic site function.
If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated to say what is measured and how to opt out.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they are commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@fanexa.co and we will action it.

A note on completeness
This is a plain-language policy, not legal advice. If FANEXA begins operating in jurisdictions with specific requirements — GDPR, CCPA or equivalent — this document should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon.
